We were honored to attend Karisma Resorts GIVC Awards 2019 to accept our Diamond 2 award. The amazing trip started with a personal greeting at the airport by a Lomas Group rep, and we were whisked into a private luxury transfer to the gorgeous El Dorado Royale! Our first night brought the Superheros and Villains nights. Karisma goes all out! We had a Gotham city backdrop, the batmobile, an amazing performance, and everything decked out in the theme. The next morning was the Marketing Forum. This is such a special event, the owners of Karisma came to visit with us all. We learned all the inside scoop to better serve our clients in 2020! That afternoon we got to be some of the select agents to do a hard hat tour of the brand new Margartiaville! That evening we were treated to a Mariachi band, and traditional Mexican cuisine out on the beach. The next morning, we got to do a social media class, and tour the Bonanza Ranch and on site Cenote! Talk about a magical experience! That evening was the awards gala. The decorations, the dinner, the drinks...it was all top notch! The last morning, we did a hard hat tour of Nickelodeon Riviera Maya and sadly boarded our plane.

Extra bottle of champagne, roses, Bali bed picnic just to name a few. But, it also means that we are the most up to date on all things Karisma and Lomas Travel.

They spent the time to get to know us, and what they can do to help our agency. The staff is there at each event greeting us and thanking us for our support of their resorts.
