This trip our group started our journey early! By some miracle 2 adults/5 kids arrived at the airport by 3:45 am to start our trip to my favorite city.
Day 1-We arrived in Puerto Vallarta, we cleared Customs/Immigration, grabbed a taxi and were at our resort, Sunscape Vallarta, within an hour. Since our rooms were not quite ready, we grabbed a drink in the Sun Club, and headed to grab a quick lunch. Quick note, we had the Kids Suites, and they were really cool rooms! They offered a bunk room with a set of bunk beds with it's own TV, and a regular room with a King bed. After checking into our rooms at 3 pm, we headed out to enjoy the pool and beach. Then we enjoyed a lovely dinner, where all of the kiddos fell asleep at the table!
Day2-We spent our day mostly at the beach enjoying the sunshine. Later in the day we headed down to the Malecon. The kids enjoyed fish pedicures, and we had a wonderful dinner on the sand next to the sailboat statue.
Day 3-We headed out early to meet the private boat we chartered for the day. We enjoyed some scenic boating along the coast before arriving at Los Arcos to snorkel. We snorkeled around, looked in the caves and saw colorful fish. We then headed out to a couple of beaches accessible only via boat. Our favorite was Las Animas Beach. We had a few hours there, so we grabbed some chairs and enjoyed a little beach time. We then grabbed lunch on the sand at a restaurant, and the girls got their hair braided. The beach had great beach vibes, and we wanted to stay longer! That evening we enjoyed an a la carte meal, before our kiddos crashed for the evening!
Day 4-We got up to enjoy some fun beach time before heading off the airport to come back to Tulsa!
