Turks and Cacios!

We took a quick visit over to T&C and we loved every minute of it! We arrived to Beaches T&C and went in search of lunch. Remembering how good the pizza was from previous visits, we headed over to grab a fresh out of the oven pizza. Shortly after lunch, our room was ready and we headed over to grab our suits!

And we headed off for the reason you visit T&C, beautiful Grace Bay! Beaches Turks and Cacios is located on an amazing part of Grace Bay, and they offer beach chairs and umbrellas all up and down their beach. We sat down to enjoy the endless ocean views. The water is super clear and calm, making it an amazing spot for little kids to wade in and out. Beaches also offers snorkeling from the resort (included in the stay) and offer their own dock.

Our first night we headed out to have great food on site at Beaches and participate in Casino night. We won at blackjack and enjoyed the beautiful weather as we played outside! We walked away with a prize of a Beaches T&C t-shirt.

On our second day, we did much of the same! Ate a big breakfast, lounged on the beautiful beach, read books, and enjoyed the water. That evening we ventured off resort to enjoy the local Fish Fry. It is held on Thursday evenings and is only about a mile from the resort. There are local food trucks, Turk's Head Brewery, and local vendors set up. They also have a live band. We enjoyed conch fritters and cold beer as we listened to the local band play favorites of the US mixed with local favorites. Prices were very reasonable, and the portions were large! It was easy to get a taxi to and from the resort.

On our 3rd day, we chartered a boat to head off to explore some of the smaller islands. At a cost of $250 an hour, we enjoyed a private boat experience that picked us up and dropped us off right on the beach of our resort. We went to several small islands that were uninhabited, were able to explore the local canals, and had a quick stop to grab fish tacos. This was the highlight of our trip!

That evening we met some ladies who were enjoying a girls' trip, and sipped cocktails outside! We loved hearing about their trip, and past vacations. It was a wonderful evening.

All in all, we can't wait to go back grab some conch, sip some beer, and grab another boat to explore more!
