The booking process:

1. Submit trip request. Time to get excited for planning your dream vacation! Submit a proposal/wedding/honeymoon request.
2. Planning. We will build and present you with a travel proposal. We work with you on navigating the current travel regulations.

3. Booking. Time to book! We will provide you all the details on how to book your travel proposal. We offer low deposits and flexible payment plans.

4. All booked. You will be entered into our client portal to view your trip and make payments. We will send payment reminders about payment due dates. 30 days prior to you travel dates our travel advisors will work with you on entry requirements/special requests/excursions planning, and any questions about your upcoming trip! 5. Time to travel. 2 weeks prior to travel our travel advisors will send your final documents. In addition, we provide the entry requirements, travel tips, helpful apps, and all the information you need to ensure a seamless vacation.
